Easter Cross

OUR EASTER CROSS reminded us all the JESUS ROSE from dead on the first Easter Sunday - HE IS ALIVE TODAY.

Sunday May 22nd 10.30.  Service led by Rev Tim Wlkinson (with Holy Communion).  ALL VERY WELCOME but please read notice below (in this colour)

 10.30am JUNIOR CHURCH

As a Church, we are remain concerned about the high numbers of Covid infections and of deaths.  For the time being we continue to request everyone to wear face masks and sit at a distance from others not in their household.  We keep our masks on for hymn singing.  We consider this is necessary to minimise the risks to all who come to our services, especially to those who are 'clinically vulnerable'.

The Church buildings are now open for suitable community and other events.

Thursday May 26th at 10.30 to 11.15:  Our fortnightly informal time of fellowship, reflection and prayer - including prayer for Ukraine.  Also a short musical recital.    ALL VERY WELCOME

Thursday June 2nd at 10.30 to 11.30:  OPEN DOOR.  A drop-in coffee morning open to all.  We'd love to see you!

We remain available to offer help and prayer.   If you would like our help or our prayers - then please click here to leave a message

Jesus said "Come to me, all of you who are tired and are carrying heavy loads. I will give you rest.

Become my servants and learn from me. ...You will find rest for your souls." [Matthew 11 v28-29]

Before the service

Before our Family Service

On Sunday mornings at 10.30 we usually have a Family Service with something for every age including a lively Junior Church.  We hope, when it is safe, to be able to resume having services and also tea and coffee and a chance to chat after the service.

Lots of other groups normally meet here: a drop in coffee morning, Knit and Natter, a local History Society, WI and more.
